Atsushi Fujiwara's fifth photobook. He left Japan to photograph Great Britain, where he had once lived: he went there in 1989, as the Japanese era changed from Showa to Heisei, and stayed for two years. In 2019, with the change from Heisei to Reiwa, he rented a small car and drove from Margate, the town where he first lived, to the far north of the country. Tracing the past over the 2,200-mile journey, he captures the deep sentimentality of road movies and the brightness of the sun travelling along with him.
