Newfave
Newfave is an independent publishing label based in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture, with a presence in Tokyo, founded by Kohei Oyama and focused on contemporary photography and art. It works with artists, designers, printers and bookbinders to make art books, photobooks and editions, usually in 300 to 500 copies, and its catalogue includes a younger generation of Japanese photographers and a collaboration with a fashion-history label. Its site carries long interviews with its authors, in Japanese and English.
