Poursuite Editions

Arles, France

Poursuite Éditions is a publishing house based in Arles that describes its work in one line: it publishes books linked to photography and to the image. Its most prominent series is ARN, the Atlas des Régions Naturelles, which appears as numbered volumes, pocket editions and maps, and the catalogue also holds posters and screen prints, signed copies and a section of rare and special editions. It shows the Centre national des arts plastiques as a partner on several titles, and it shares part of its list with the GwinZegal art centre in Brittany, so the house works as a small publisher around contemporary photography. Benjamin Diguerher is its director.

ABOUT

SpineIndex is an archive of independent books on photography and visual culture: photobooks, publications, design books and self-published editions — the kind of work that rarely makes it into bookshop windows or mainstream catalogues. It exists to document, connect, and keep visible a world of publishers, artists, and makers who operate outside conventional distribution. A living reference for anyone who takes this territory seriously — collectors, researchers, students, and the simply curious.
