"A few days after my arrival at the hospital of Chambéry I found a chair at the turn of a corridor. On the chair, a piece of tape on which was written: TAHITI. I'M STAYING HERE. THANK YOU. Standing in the middle of that hospital surrounded by mountains, I imagined someone letting out a cry of liberation and never again returning from the beaches and the rainforests of Polynesia." (Patrícia Almeida)
