In the summer of 2003, drawn to the city of Paris, Miki Fukumoto began walking its streets with a camera. That year the only frame that came out properly was a trash bin in the light of the setting sun. From then on Fukumoto kept pursuing, again and again, the people of Paris, its street corners and its light. The book was edited and published by Michitaka Ota and Daido Moriyama.
