A building site provided the setting for a large undertaking by Carlo Valsecchi (born 1965), whose fruit is presented in these pages. With an eye trained by solid artistic preparation, and having used the medium for years to examine architecture and more widely the terrain, both natural and artificial, he reads these places and offers a vision of them.

With a reflection by William E. Ewing. Issued in a limited run of five hundred numbered copies.
