Déposition, as its title suggests, registers the disappearance of Bernard Lamarche-Vadel through the written testimony of Danielle Robert-Guédon and the photographs of Magdi Senadji, friends and neighbours who found the writer dead by suicide at his château de la Rongère in Mayenne, the setting of several of his novels.
