The workshop of marks: the title names the place where, for Cresci, the picture and the drawn or printed sign are made with the same hands and the same tools. Published in Matera with texts by Enzo Biffi Gentili, Roberto Mutti and the author, the volume gathers the strand of his work in which the found object, the copy, the shadow and the mask are treated as marks to be arranged, and in which the border between the camera, drawing and design is deliberately left open.
