"Ville Moyenne holds photographs made at Château-du-Loir between 2010 and 2016. I photograph the town when I visit my grandparents, who have lived there for more than twenty years. What is at stake for me is finding my place there and arriving at a form that lets me hold together the distance that documenting a territory I do not grasp implies, and the closeness that comes from the people I love living in it."
