The texts open a window onto the everyday life and the world of the subjects and the people in orphaned pictures, and a confrontation between past and present arises when yesterday becomes now and now becomes yesterday. Through poems and prose pieces a kaleidoscope of themes is laid out, love, friendship, hope and uncertainty, feelings that hold across time. Built on the idea of a blog that collects homeless photographs, the book gives pictures that have lost their context a new meaning and a fresh telling.
