The cold resistance of stone is opposed by an object-body of the artist himself, as someone who questions the memory of time about the vulnerability of being and the perpetuity of what is not tangible to us. Arrangements of flora appear on the stone, traces of skeletons that, having forgotten the bodies they sheltered, now invoke the temporality that will make them unbreakable sediment, magma, absolute stone. And when the stone seems not to give in to the urgent cries of what is humanly organic, the nature of the ineffable, like water and wind, sculpts it.

ABOUT

SpineIndex is a digital platform dedicated to independent photobooks, photography publications, design books, and self-published editions — the kind of work that rarely makes it into bookshop windows or mainstream catalogues. It exists to document, connect, and keep visible a world of publishers, artists, and makers who operate outside conventional distribution. A living reference for anyone who takes this territory seriously — collectors, researchers, students, and the simply curious.
