Natasha Barricelli allowed herself to be drawn in by an ordinary picture from a discarded and scattered anonymous archive: the crown of a white ipê tree. The meeting took place at a composting site for pictures gathered from recyclable waste, a collection the artist worked with during an editorial residency. Sharing unknown worlds, there was the record of the white ipê in the vicinity of a bed of rosemary and lavender, pottery shards on the floors, and scattered images.
