Designed in direct collaboration with the Weston family, the volume brings together for the first time the work of Edward Weston, his sons Brett and Cole and his granddaughter Cara.

Alongside the pictures of Edward, one of the absolute masters, stands a selection by his son Brett, the most determined in seeking a possible declination of his father's teaching; by his son Cole, who set himself apart through the use of colour; and by his granddaughter Cara, still working today and a refined interpreter of black and white, close to classical themes reread according to a contemporary code.
