A personal tribute by the photographer Eduardo Nave to the Normandy landings, whose seventy-fifth anniversary had just been commemorated. Every year since 6 June 1944 one of the most important events of modern history, which changed the configuration of Europe, is remembered. Between 2003 and 2005 Nave made two photographic series on the landing beaches, and a last one in 2019, the very year of the anniversary. Together they make up this beautiful book, in which the author investigates what remains today on the ground of that key moment in history.
