Where does the sky begin? This apparently light question was put by Corinne Mercadier to fifteen contributors: architects, artists, writers, a choreographer, a dancer and visual artists (Stéphane André, Mary Canal, Alain Fleischer, Christian Gattinoni, Liliane Giraudon, François Grey, Denis Lanzenberg, Daniel Larrieu, Philippe Le Meur, Sabine Macher, Jean-Baptiste Para, Mireille Roll, Paul Louis Rossi, François Seigneur, Jean-Jacques Viton), with a preface by Charles-Arthur Boyer and three further photographer-authors. Each of them looked for a place, gave a point of view, crossed myths and turned the question over in every direction, explaining through writing and images where and how, for them, the sky began.
