The owner of a hunting estate in the north of Spain tells how not long ago he shot a wolf. In better days the animal would have been stuffed, or perhaps thrown straight in the bin. Today the scarce and illegal quarry ended its days in a chest freezer: if important people come to hunt, we take it out of the freezer.
