For four months in 2014 Paolo Solari Bozzi travelled in his own off-road vehicle, with his wife Antonella, across Zambia in complete autonomy, covering more than ten thousand kilometres, mostly on dirt roads, and pushing on to the most remote and unknown areas of the country — including the Bangweulu swamps, where the inhabitants have almost never met a European traveller.
