The work takes its cue from the agreement signed by the city of Rome, FS Sistemi Urbani and the national rail network, whose aim is to develop the metropolitan rail system and to regenerate the disused railway land of the capital.

It is a record of a city and of a landscape, a visual enquiry into ground under transformation: a set of pictures that tell, as a whole, the buildings of now and those of the past.
