[…] When in 2018, the National Center for Visual Arts chose Flux, a society in motion as the theme of the public commission, we were far from thinking that this concept would be at the heart of our news and the chaos caused by Covid-19. Flows are everywhere, they accelerate time with their speed and transform our perception of reality. They are also one of the vectors of globalization.
