What is this body bearing the traces of my pregnancy, my curves, my bodily deformation, where the slightest change can bring mental disturbance? Who is this other with whom I mutate? We find ourselves in cellular osmosis, evolving together, speaking through our skins, losing ourselves, confiding, loving, consoling. What if I were aware of my pregnancy only through the gaze of this being — a gaze living the same story as me? Together we can rid ourselves of the fear of the unknown.
