1010 is a collective photographic project, a performance shared by ten photographers who each set themselves the challenge of providing ten images of a named place. For this third and last instalment of the Belgian trilogy (Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia), the choice fell on the Ardennes, with their misty forests, unrivalled gastronomy and kayak hunters. In the end, despite the Covid-19 context, these 100 photographs offer a subjective view of the place: ten free gazes that become one.
