Photobook dummy by Sushant Kadam (India), shortlisted for the Dummy Award 2026. The book is a meditation on urban coexistence and on the subtle ways in which environments shape us all. It explores the metropolis as a mosaic, highlighting how its disparate pieces contribute to a complex, collective identity. The cover is white with the title in heavy black capitals, over a translucent green sheet through which a pale silhouette can be seen. The Dummy Award, organised by the PhotoBookMuseum in Cologne, shortlisted 48 unpublished dummies from about 325 entries from more than 45 countries; the shortlist travels on a world tour of photography events and venues.
