The Taiwanese photographer Tsai Ting-Bang turns the camera inward in a deeply personal work about his older brother. As children the two were inseparable and often mistaken for twins, but their lives diverged: the younger pursued film-making and photography while the elder, once a gifted artist, struggled with depression, insomnia and illness. The pictures follow a relationship marked by rivalry and love, and the slow work of staying close to someone whose life has taken another turn.
