An artist's book by Katya Lesiv, made in Kyiv during the war and published by a small press working on contemporary culture and art. For Lesiv the artist's book is an eloquent and controlled medium — a space within a space, an object that cannot function without a viewer, who sets its rhythm and tempo. Her recent works in this form are performative: the images are not the documentation of an action, but the only place where that action exists.
