I have three children and I regularly buy dairy products for them, mostly yogurt. I like to stroll through this department of the supermarket, whose rigor of organization is matched only by the beauty of the packaging of the displayed products. Customers choose yogurts based on packaging, brands and of course their own taste. For my part, in 2009, I decided to have only one choice criterion: their expiry date. By buying and then eating dairy products with an expiration date of January 1 to December 31, I made a consumer collection.
