My first visited in Luxembourg was January 1999. I revisited Luxembourg in May 2017, year of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on a project prepared by H.E. Ms Béatrice Kirsch, Ambassador of Luxembourg to Japan. Her intention was to show how Luxembourg had changed since 1999. This time, I felt more strongly the comfort I’ve already felt travelling in this country for the first time. It would give me much pleasure if this book can convey an atmosphere of Luxembourg.
