Approaching a rave is unsettling. Tracing the rattling walls of a condemned warehouse, passing through its humid threshold, the anticipatory and apprehensive swells that don’t fade no matter how many surreptitious nights one has under their belt. What follows is a game of capture and release with our senses, repressing some in order to heighten others, against a dark-ended cacophony.
