In 2002 the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation awarded the scholarship “Zeitgenössische Deutsche Fotografie” for the twentieth time. This was the occasion for the Photographic Collection at Museum Folkwang to present the work of the scholarship holders, among them Andreas Gursky, Volker Heinze, Oliver Helbig, Rudolf Herz, Zoltán Jókay, Jürgen Junker-Rösch, Astrid Klein, Roland Koop, Mischa Kuball, Hans Martin Küsters, Jochen Lempert, Thomas Leuner, Christa Mayer, Frank Müller, Ralf Peters, Ricarda Roggan, Michael Schmidt, Erasmus Schröter and many others.
