Systematically photographed the coast of a low-lying northern European country: the dunes, the sea, the dikes. The end result of lengthy forays in search of suitable locations is a beautiful series of monumental images that should be viewed as an extension of the local landscape painting tradition, portraying the terrain either alone or juxtaposed with one another.
