An urgent two-part project that investigates the military occupation, the appropriation of land and the communication blackouts in Kashmir, a region whose heavily militarised borders have often been a site of conflict between India and Pakistan. Taking as its starting point a blackout that lasted two hundred and thirteen days in 2019, the work sets out to fill the void, the gaps in information, as simply and as precisely as possible.
