A work that brings together text and image while raising questions about photography, gender and portraiture in the twenty-first century. The project is driven by the artist's fascination with the writer Charis Wilson, who was Edward Weston's partner, model and collaborator during one of the most productive stretches of his career; the artist focuses on the shared legacy of the two, travelling to the places they photographed together.
