Olga Sokal is a Polish-born visual artist who divides her time between London, New York, and Los Angeles. After completing her studies at CalArts in 2017, she developed a practice that moves fluidly between film and fine art, shaped by her experience across both disciplines. Sokal has spent years working behind the scenes as a visual architect for leading filmmakers, trained by master production designers in color and paint. For this exhibition, she shares material drawn directly from her sketchbooks, revealing where drawing and photography meet outside of a commercial framework.
