Vorágine springs from the photographer's pressing need to name hidden events in his own history. Moving back and forth between reality and fiction, it tells the story of a family after the murder of the father. Through the process of constructing and editing the images, he explores a series of events that question the limits of morality and in which human nature shows its untamed character: a violent land where the heat suffocates, characters who flee the past, skins that rub until they hurt and an uncontrollable desire that ignores blood.
