A first Steiner-inspired photobook, an encounter with a world of living, leaping things. The sediment at the bottom of a gutter, shifting and changing with the flow and temperature of the water, is seen from a distance as if touched while looking; plants overrunning a vacant lot spread with the movement of stars being born and forming galaxies. Everything, living or non-living, is regarded as alive and moving, and a living form arises where our living senses meet the forms of the living world and act on each other. A rare book that expresses Goethe's morphology and Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy as a work, it includes an essay by the art historian Toshiharu Ito and a new theory of photography on rainbows and etheric imagery by 粟野由美, a professor at Tokyo Zokei University.
