As in a game of nocturnal phantasmagoria in the pages of the book, we see figures, unrevealed faces, unrevealed places, desirous bodies. Nothing is named, explained or synthesised: we are invited to feel the complexity of these times, and of photographic time, without knowing everything in advance. Alluding to the double act of revelation, the work intertwines the experience of the dictatorship through the margins of history and through the aesthetics of the medium. We follow the signs of these little lights, these firefly bodies, and with them we build trails and create our own refuges.
