When Steidl recently changed its US distributor, all books in stock were initially shipped back to us in Göttingen. Among the many pallets was hidden a lost treasure: 147 immaculate copies of Lewis Baltz’s WORKS, ten of Baltz’s seminal photobooks housed in a slipcase, originally published in 2010 and believed to be sold out.
